Lindy Hop in After Seben (1929) 2K 60FPS - AI Enhanced | Shorty George Snowden

The Lindy Hop sequence from After Seben (1929) enhanced by artificial intelligence.
This sequence marks the birth of the Lindy Hop on film. Three Savoy Ballroom couples perform the latest dance styles, primarily Charleston. The last couple is "Shorty" George Snowden and his partner, Pauline Morse.
Snowden adds the steps of Breakaway, to the Charleston in a closed position, which was the basis for the birth of the Lindy Hop. The mixture of Breakaway and Charleston, along with other dances, formed a new dance style, the Lindy Hop.
Music by Chick Webb and his orchestra, playing "Sweet Sue".
60 frames per second have been generated using AI interpolation. This produces smoother movement and allows for better examination of the dancers' steps.
Footage has been rescaled to 2K resolution using AI techniques, increasing detail and overall sharpness.
Improvements in dynamic range, brightness and contrast.
Improvements and cleanup of the soundtrack.
