I speak from experience. I suffered a life threatening pulmonary embolism last November 1. I was in ICU for 17 days and recovery facility for three months. On September 10 this year I made some physical goals for bi/triceps growth, chest growth and slimming the waistline. I bought a fitness journal to keep track. I just measured today and my bi/triceps have increased over an inch. The chest an inch and the waist line down two inches. I began a three day workout per week schedule and have been riding my stationary bike 6 miles daily every day. My NEVER AGAIN priority is stay in as perfect as health as possible for a 76 years youngster staying out of hospitals!
Self-sabotage is worse than being stuck, I think, thanks again ALUX.

Audit your life every 3 months. Just as a company follows 4 quarters in a year, so should you. This will help you stay on track to get unstuck.
I do that, I didn't like the reports every time.

We should avoid hasty conclusion because of what somebody says about someone else. Don't be fooled by the illusion of wealth. Big houses, fancy cars, and designer clothes are not wealth. It's most likely debt. Wealth is freedom, 0ptions time & health. Appreciate where you’re in your journey. Even if it's not where you want to be. Every season serves a purpose. Never stop doing your best. Just because someone doesn't give you credit. When you’re weak, pray to God. When u re worried, pray 2 God. When you’re stressed, pray to God. When you are hopeless pray to God. God will put you where he wants you. Even if no one thinks you deserve the position. Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success.
Making God isnt problem, but the culture of church god will leave you poor, stupid, always waiting, and while thankful;contentment good attitude has a yinyang of good enough. And good enough was only ok last year.
Love it love it. I look at my life 10 years ago and get depressed from time to time feeling that I have been stuck the whole time. Or even worse moving backward. I accept your challenge Alux. Thank you.

One thing I learned over my 61 years of life is not pigeon hole myself with "I will never do that!" I did learn to never follow a rule blindly. Some situations can call for drastic measures. I don't know what the future holds. I don't want to live a slug, safe life. I play no guilt trips in what I know "I" am deciding at any given moment I am faced with.

my health problems are what's keeping me stuck. there isn't a cure for what i have so i'm forced to live with it. if i had good health i would more than likely be living the life that i wanted. just have to figure out how to suffer with my health while getting what i want in life. i wish it wasn't so difficult.
It depends on how old you are. Is the problem genetic or disease incurable? Search for Sadhguru, some of his advice may work for you.
@@searchwikipediafallacy5567 it's genetic. it involves my stomach. from my great grandmother on down we have stomach problems. i have gastroparesis as well as colitis and gastritis.
