I have the apple watch 4, if I change the mainboard, battery and housing of the watch and upgrade to the apple watch 5, will the model 4 screen work correctly with the 5 mainboard?

Before disconnecting the display or other components, be sure to first disconnect the battery otherwise you risk burning the display or something else!
