They say that the same will cost 7- 8 crores in South Delhi, hence they can ask for 5 crores in Gurgaon for 250 yards. Inko agar basic economics parameters like PPP ka idea ho to kuch samajh aaye. Inka ek aur bhai youtuber ne to seedha ye bol diya that gurgaon is better than new york to buy property in. Desh prem hona achhi baat hai, but they should maintain a certain limit. Investors fasse hue hain. End users ko ye log kuch samajhte hi nai hai. Ab inko khud hi lene padenge ye floors.
