for Gurgaon the prices are like 30,000 rs sqft.... too much demand and alsi nri hoarding for profit creating artificial prices gain ..... !!!!! even 9-10 cr cannot get you a actually open flat .. think about this ..for people who are working in india and who do not have land to sell how will they live....!!!!
Gurgaon is no more end user city . It's speculators , dealers and investors city . I call them all middle men . They are simply hoarding thinking rich ppl will buy from them for 10 cr , 15 cr , 20 cr etc upwards . In a few years they all will be disappointed , once they go for resell . Right now they find a few end users who are selling land and moving to cities or ppl selling property in home city or Delhi and moving to Gurgaon or noida . Once that set of end users dry up and yes in a few years they will dry up , then real recession in real estate market will come . Everything will tank downwards because u will have middle men left wanting to sell but hardly any buyers .

For 9.97 Cr Apartment the bedrooms look smaller than they should be . Maybe I am wrong , but looked small for that amount of money .
The amount of usable/ carpet space is actually almost half , so you can imagine the size of the flat
