Doctor, you have touched the core issues of human civilization, child bearing, parenting, early education, care of elderlies, devoting once time for farming and other skill development are areas where women should take care n excel. You very rightly emphasized the need for achieving excellence in academics but how well you have explained that academics was not the only thing, other areas need Focus just as much. We are lucky to have us guide through the real life situation. Tashi Delek, long live Dr Ladol.
