are the retooled blacks broken in or anything like that? also pc tkl cases always look so cool
pc just makes every keyboard looks cool, right? and the retooled blacks are not broken in, just straight up lube, film and spring swapping.
@@Kw1spyboards what does it mean when people say "broken in"? Also, I love the sound of your clock in the background. Which brand is it from?
broken in means like the switches has already been actuate many times and has been use a long time.
But for cherry switches like this mx black case, usually people break in the switches because some people don’t like the scratches that cherry switches have. So people break in the switches many times either manually or with machines, to reduce the scratchiness of cherry switches.
and for the clock I’m not sure what brand it is, I think it’s Seiko or something.

Your thoughts on the board?
It sounds fantastic, I didn’t expect the half plate build would be this nice. Feels like a reliable top mount keyboard, so I enjoy it a lot.
