I live in Houston this has to be hands down the best house I’ve ever seen. All the rooms are big but I love that last room where it has little stairs inside to watch tv. I feel like a lot of rooms should have it like that. It gives the room more space and the tv out the way.

Its crazy how everyone is running from the north in the prosper, frisco, plano areas to come down to the south areas. They said we California residents that moved here is making the real estate go up but not considering the same Homes in the south brand new are way cheaper with less tax rates and seeing a big shift in demographics heading south.

I'm not 👀 looking to buy, plus, I live in Massachusetts, I don't want to live in Texas, but, if I hàd the money to choose to visit for vacationing I may maybe choose to visit for vacationing because I think there's beauty there.😘
