That Cable head looks like Brian Thompson, the guy that played Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat Annihilation.

That Forge head is so good it turned RoBo into the Pillsbury Doughboy! 😆
Nothing like some good custom work to get me giggly.
I'd like to take advantage of more custom stuff. A lot of it looks really cool. But for me if it comes down to $35 for one custom head or getting a new figure I gotta choose the new figure. But I have no problem living vicariously through others that do get this stuff.
Bro facts, although the two custom capes (Mandolorian, and Dr.Strange) have totally been worth it ngl
Eventually you run out of shelf space and then improving figures of your favorite characters becomes more attractive

Casting Cave has never let me down. Even his heads of real people are damn impressive. I have like 6 heads for 80th Wolverine from him and I love each of them. Hard to decide when to change them they are that good! SHOW SOME LOVE FOR CC AND ORDER SOMETHING TODAY GUYS!
Perfectly fine with the heads Hasbro has been releasing lately as well--but it is weird how a few miniscule details really make a new head better. The main thing this video did is make me want a new Cyclops on the Vulcan body (and now with an updated headsculpt) even more (Astonishing first, then maybe redos of Byrne/Cockrum era and Jim Lee afterwards).
Oh yeah, I've been pretty vocal about Cyclops needing to be on a taller body, and then different bulks for different eras. I don't have the Vulcan body yet so I can't make that call, but I'm pretty happy with the Astonishing I made on a Spidey UK body.
@@TheFwoosh That was great! Really the main thing I want from new Cyke figures is the ability for the figure to get him to touch the sides of his visor in a natural looking way (unlike the current Bucky molds which can only get him to awkwardly get his fingers up there).

Another awesome Play Day by Robo because I just like it when he does a little customizing of his own while showing some customs he got from good artistic sculptors, Also I know this don't count but I have the AOA Rogue and I use the the 80s Dazzler jacket for Rogue's jacket, As always great videos.

That Forge is sweet! Cables is pretty nice too. If I had to nail it down to one artist is say that head looks like an Art Thibert depiction of Cable and is superior to the Liefeld version.
I also dig your dark treatment on the Nightcrawler head. I need one of those myself.

Maybe they could also custom make you a variety of optic blasts for Cyclops that could plug into his visor. Thin beam, wide blast, & sparking charge come to mind.

Fanplastic Four doesn't sell his prints, he let Casting Cave produce a few of them.
Hey do you think you can hot glue those straps down on cable that way if you have need to you can always undo it
I absolutely hate hot glue, I never got the hang of it, so stringy! But that's definitely an option.

Has anyone suggested adding that metal, purple colored arm that one of the Hawkeye's came with to Forge's body? Isn't that his problem in the comics he keeps adding more and more cybernetics

Could you not glue his shoulder pieces to the neck piece? That way they are all keeping each other in check and hopefully your articulation is unaffected.
I probably could, make it all one assembly but still floating. Hmmm.
@@TheFwoosh Exactly, that way it can still float enough to allow articulation to be free. I would poster tack it first just to see how it would look as a floating unit. There's a possibility that it could look wonky in different poses.
