Go back again in mid or late August for end of the summer to see if there are tourists there it’s hard to tell on video not sure if you saw any there . But glad to see family and couples out enjoy a clear summer night by the river. Time stamp 24;20 area nice views of downtown Seoul and the Tower. No issues with video also. 👍📸🇰🇷
