In this Adobe Illustrator tutorial for beginners, I'm going to explain every Illustrator panel in under 20 minutes, as well as how to open panels and display their full options. In this video, you'll learn how to work with colors, gradients and transparency, as well as use panels such as the pathfinder, align and properties. Some panels are easier than others, but every single one has its use and its place. Adobe Illustrtor is an amazing software with lots and lots of features, and here's the best place to start learning them!

Between this video and the one you did with every Illustrator tool in under 20 minutes, it made me realize how many useful features there are I’ve never attempted to learn or use! I’ve been using Illustrator since the early 1990’s (I learned on version 5.0!) and there are so many things I still need to learn. I kept my notes app open and as you went over a panel I knew nothing about but feel I could use, I jotted it down so I can look up videos explaining those further. Thanks!

If you aren't a legend, then I don't know what you are sir Andy...
You really tells things and great things indeed. Your illustrator tutorials are unique and so cool. I remember the first time I came across your content here in TH-cam. I immediately visited your Chanel for more and subscribed the same day. You once stopped and officially said you wouldn't make any illustrator tutorials again and I was so sad. I was so excited when you decided to continue with what you started. I just wanna say thank you for everything sir, your content is really amazing. Regards from Cameroon

    Dear Andy,
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible video you created explaining every panel in Adobe Illustrator. The way you broke down each panel and explained its functionality in a clear and concise manner was truly fantastic.
As someone who has been using Illustrator for years, I was amazed by how many helpful tips and insights you provided that I had never even considered before. Your attention to detail and willingness to take the time to thoroughly explain each panel was truly impressive.
What I appreciated most about this video was how accessible it was for both beginners and more experienced users. Your explanations were easy to understand, yet still managed to provide valuable information for those with more advanced knowledge.
Overall, I just wanted to express my gratitude for this amazing resource you created. Thank you so much for taking the time to create such a helpful video for the Illustrator community. I am excited to see what other great content you will be sharing in the future!
    Sincerely,
    Wajahat

3D is very demanding on your machine. Is it powerful enough to handle it? You can also try updating your graphics card drivers. Otherwise, you can always contact Adobe for support.

If it's not under the Window menu, then your Illustrator is probably out of date.

The properties panel is interesting to me because I find that it slows down my workflow. The simple reason is that the panel itself takes up a lot of space while not exposing all of the tools that I would need to be visible at all times. The ideas behind it is that if you select a tool, it gives you the tools and properties you need when using that tool, but that is not all you need when working. So, even if I select the pen tool and I'm drawing paths, I'm still needing access to functions that are unrelated to the pen tool. But, because the Properties panel takes up so much space, there's no room to have all of those other panels. So, it's better for me to have all of the individual panels that I need to have exposed at all times, rather than this Properties panel which focuses itself on a much smaller set of functions. Half of those functions are not even needed by me so they become wasted space. Also, if you look at the whole quick actions section, I would not dedicate any space to that because I'd be accessing those things via keyboard shortcuts or automated actions bund to keyboard shortcuts.
