You made some mistakes,
1)5! = 120
4)12! = 479001600
6) 16!/4! 3! 6! 2! = 100900800
7)5! = 120, but I see you have corrected this in the comments
8) 12p3 is 1320, but again you corrected in comments
13)
a2) wrong, here is what we need to do: B_B_B
We have two spaces next to each B, which two girls need to fit into. Hence,
2p2 x 2! (to account for the girls order) x 3! (to account for the boys order) = 24 ways
