Congrats on your new born daughter. 👍
I wish you all a great new year.
BTW, with your tape peeling the paint/powder-coat off, in situations like that I've always stuck the tape to my clothing then peel it off and apply to your project. I hope that helps with future projects.

That is a fantastic tip! I wish I had done that it would have saved me a heap of work haha

@EngineeredToDesign start close to home, say an hour of two for a few days and build your family's confidence and then go further for longer. Get a free camp book. It will save you a fortune.

That’s what I’m doing 👌🏻 how do you find fuel economy? Did you buy plug and play for electrical?

35 l per 100? Holy crap I knew they were thirsty but not that bad.
Our 1hd-t powered coaster with trailer weigh a touch over six ton and the worst we get is 21-22l per 100.

Yeah I can’t get over 250kms to a tank.. we don’t dare touch the Ac button either haha.. good car but way too thirsty.
      Wow that’s good as!

That's not a camper. It's more of a box trailer with lights than a camper.

I prefer YOUR idea of walls DIRECTLY attached (welded/bolted/whatever) to the chassis and the floor sandwiched in-between. It's FAR easier to repair damage or rot to flooring like that.
