so at 0:25 the rules were to not attack any pals but not even 5 mins later (4:40) you attack Chillet? Wouldn't that mean you failed the challenge lol I know the title says "without palspheres" so I'm assuming you just needed to aggro the pal so your pals would attack but you could've just pressed the 4 key to open up the command wheel and chose the attack aggressively option to do that without failing the run.
I only say this as I've been doing a challenge run similar to this that I'm calling the pokemon trainer challenge (only able to deal damage with my pals) otherwise good vid!

With the newest update, you can find ancient technology books if you want to go true pacifism. I found a lot on the chests on the sanctuaries
