    HI Dear. I made your Brazil nut cheese following everything you talk about. Tasted as along the way. The only thing I basically did different was.
    I used 1/4 c hazel nuts and 1/4 Brazil ... I did not use the red pepper....I used everything else. Oh I used mock garlic made with Ginger and onion Powder)... Super super tasty and My lasagna was layered beautifully and tasty OMG.

    I just made this and its delicious 😍😍 I added basil, oregano, and dill pepper for an herbed cheese flavor. For the baking of the cheese I put it in a dish with 1 box of spelt elbows, the rest of the charred pepper, and diced onions. I cooked it to your specified time and my household was pleased. They ate the whole dish 🤣 Thank you for this wonderful recipe!

    you are so right about flavoring... I just found you..I am in transitioning--going on 2 months now. . I have been trying some regulars on the sebi alkaline food here on Utube...and the food taste terrible or they do not give the correct measurements needed to make the dish.....OMG... I need the mac & cheese..so I am going to try yours.

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sondra Polk Hi! Thank you for the feedback. I don't believe this would be the best choice for a mock macaroni & cheese. I deviate from Sebi's guide for certain things. I actually prefer a cashew sauce with pasta. Texture is smoother. This spread I've used mainly on sandwiches. It's all trial and error though. Be patient with yourself. It takes time!

    Hey ! 3 years later lol how i make my cheese more thick is by making a “rue” get some oil put it in the pan then sprinkle some chickpea or spelt flour in the pan and mix it around till it turns into little chunks then add your cheese make sure your fire is on medium heat i dont know how but it makes it thicker to make quesadillas grilled cheese sandwiches etc

      @@CoachKhara Thank you. You're welcome. I tried to make a Brazil nut cheese without baking. It was too creamy, like a thick milkshake. Your recipe sounds good.

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can always thin it out a bit with more water and make it like a sauce. I like both versions!

    Hi can you use walnuts instead of Brazil nuts?

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't tried it but it may work. I would suggest making a very small test batch and seeing how it works out. I know the raw form should be good...not sure how it would bake.

    Why do you bake the cheese?

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara  7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Dina Lassere Just gives it a firmer texture. Less water in it would've been even better. If you use less water then bake you can crumble it into things, like salad!
