    When you cook it you kill it! Not only you kill it but once heat is applied you are making Agar... NOT good for the body can even cause colitis... sad you are giving these instructions... And there is no such thing as purple seamoss... all seamoss the same color and when you start to rinse in spring water it turns purple then pink then white. To maintain the purple we take it out of the sun and let it dry that color... purple is not any different but it is higher on iodine which can be dangerous if you don’t know how much to take... unless you are an ocean farmer or working directly with them on-site you should be very careful what you are teaching people... dangerous...

    Recipe?

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Please see the link in the description above. I've since modified though and now most often make a vegan mac and cheese powder from the "It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken" blog where I add about 4 tablespoons tapioca flour (gives it "stretch"). After I boil my macaroni to al dente, I add vegan butter and some heaping spoonfuls of the mac & cheese powder, then enough plant milk to make it soupy. I bake it for around 20 mins then add a buttered breadcrumb mixture to the top and bake another 10 mins or so. SO much faster and we love it!

    Hey ! 3 years later lol how i make my cheese more thick is by making a “rue” get some oil put it in the pan then sprinkle some chickpea or spelt flour in the pan and mix it around till it turns into little chunks then add your cheese make sure your fire is on medium heat i dont know how but it makes it thicker to make quesadillas grilled cheese sandwiches etc

    Not to knock anyone and what they “like” but Dr Sebi said that coconut milk is acidic but coconut water is good. I’m just saying. Also, spinach is no good either. According, of course, to Dr Sebi. It’s a hybrid plant and therefore unfit for human consumption. I’m friends with his ex wife Ma’a and we’ve had that conversation about what’s good and what’s not. For your own health’s sake, please, do the research. Thanks everyone.

      Jerry White how about avocado?

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I respectfully disagree. Spinach is alkaline. It was removed from his guide due to processing. The plant itself is totally fine and actually a better choice than kale which can interfere with thyroid function for some people. Both coconut milk and water come from the same plant so that doesn't make sense. Coconut is alkaline. I do tons of research outside of Dr. Sebi and do not follow him exclusively anymore. I've also meet Ma'a, and after talking with her (she told me emphatically that she is NOT a Sebian!) I abandoned a lot of his guide. Switched from agave to maple syrup (still use agave sparingly). I do consume some of the fruits and vegetables Sebi says are hybrid. In doing my own research, I just couldn't find proof that hybrid vegetables actually harm your body. Animal protein, dairy, SUGAR, alcohol, conventional wheat, processed foods.... THESE are the top offenders that throw off the alkalinity within your body. I find it most helpful to focus on these as coaching for three years has shown me most people cannot stick perfectly to such a narrow list for a long period of time. I push them to do their own personal best. I encourage everyone to find the path that works best for them and verify their choices through multiple sources.

    • @CoachKhara
      @CoachKhara 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Coach Khara I understand your reasoning though I disagree. Especially with the spinach but to each his or her own. Just thought I would be remiss if I didn’t say anything. She told me also that he was a bit over the top but she said spinach is no good. FYI. One love sister.
