Why are there so many trucks on road? Seems like more trucks drive on this road than cars.

Because it was Friday and the Polish drivers really wanted to go home.

In Slovakia its common. Backroads here are full of trucks, often it happens that GPS sends them wrong way (had been a witness of it many times,to an extent that trucks got stuck in a tight street or needed to be pulled out of a ditch) or they are using a shortcut. Other case might be that highways here are under construction quite often and they might want to avoid it so they dont get stuck in endless rows of traffic jams. I live by main road between 2 big industrial zones in Slovakia and trucks here are driving more often than cars during rush hours, sometimes even 7 or more in a row!

@@TrckDrvr Yes. But i find it unfortunate that offline GPS in Slovakia is made so wrong that it can send you somewhere where you cant pass, even literally into a field in middle of nowhere. I had seen couple of trucks stuck here in a tight street almost smashing into a electricity pillar because of GPS leading them absolutelly wrong way :D Also i do not get why there is ALWAYS -like 24/7 all year constructions made on perfectly fine highways creating massive traffic jams, that way they force all cargo transport to bakckroads like you drove on that are not really suitable for it (as you experienced for yourself :D) Thats why backroads and forest roads here are filled from top to bottom with cargo vehicles. Anyway,it was a beautiful drive ;)

Despite the imperfect condition of the roads, I really like the nature of Slovakia and I get great pleasure when I get to your country.
Another problem is that there are many conflicting road signs in Slovakia. For example, the limit is 20 tons, and below is the postscript that one vehicle does not exceed, for example, 50 tons. But in navigation, only the road sign itself is always used.
