This is so ironic. The last show I ever played I opened for OWTH with my band at Buster's Billiards in Lexington Kentucky.. I was badly addicted to heroin and my band was already falling apart. We had been asked to go on tour with Epitaph for two months and if we did well, they said they'd sign us. My bandmates pussied out and said they didn't want to do it, so I threw in the towel for good. Haven't shown my face in the 'scene' since. I've also completely disappeared from social media and ceased contact with everyone I knew. Ryan, if you see this, I was the weirdo who met you first at Guitar Center, and then again at the show. I asked you to hold my Les Paul and play it a little so I could say Ryan from OWTH touched my guitar. Good times guys. So glad you're doing great!

I don't deserve all the things that made such an anxious person today. I am angry. I want this to be over. I'm torn between the happy, friend-having person I was in undergraduate, the friendless, anxious person that I came to be, and mourn the one I could have become. But I will fight, and I am not alone.
If by some chance any members of O. W. T. H read this, I'm so saddened to hear about the tragedy that occurred in Vancouver. Know that you help many people through hard times and I hope somehow that helps you guys through this. Keep your heads up boys. Thoughts and prayers for you guys and for everyone involved. Take all the time you need... Tour can wait

And then I had the privilege of getting to know Robbie. incredible bassist that understands what 'rhythm section ' means. Bty I told you (Robbie) and Ryan at that less than Jake show after you got signed to Epitaph we wouldn't see you in Lexington much anymore. Robbie jumped over your merch table and blessed me with a ton of vinyl and swag. Just saying so everyone else knows what kinda guys you are. Authentic.
