Finding your videos quite helpful. Where do I get a hold of the masso instruction manual. I'm running into problems with my initial start up of the machine.

Thanks Mike. This is the only location that I know of for any information. It is lite in details, so if you have a question I would post it the the onefinity forum in facebook, I find that is the best channel for help. facebook.com/groups/222774328875437
      As far as documentation:
      docs.masso.com.au/
There is also one at Manualslib.com I have not read through that one.

Great info. I've had the notorious z axis drop when hitting the e stop or powering down. But while recently 3d carving foam I encountered a z axis motor alarm and the bit dug into the material.
I took the z slider off thinking something was jamming it or clogged the ball screw but didn't find anything. Funny thing is the z axis doesn't drop anymore. I took the motor off and was able to move it through the z range with no issues either.
Any idea what my issue could be?
Couldn't find anything on the forum and not reached out to support yet, kinda want to figure out what the issue is first.

The only time I have had my z dig into the material is when I changed the thickness of my material from .625 to .3875 and the depth of cut did not. Carveco did not warn me that the depth of cut was greater than the thickness of my cut. This through a z axis motor alarm. But my z axis still falls 😁.
I would be interested in hearing what support says. Have you oiled the gantry screws? Maybe you just need ro fi the reservoir.

I haven't oiled it yet. Barley had it for a month and only ran a few jobs but I will definitely try that. Thanks.

At the moment I am workoing on a video talking about maintenance, On the elite you will find the allen screws on the gantry - not where they show the in the older videos. BTW Thank You For Your service.
