- Dajae is the stage name of Karen Gordon, a female R&B and dance music singer born in Chicago, Illinois. She sang in various soul bands for over a decade prior to joining house-music producer Cajmere. The duo released several hit singles, including "Brighter Days",which peaked at number two for two weeks, on the American dance chart. "Time", "U Got Me Up" and "Is It All over My Face". The album Higher Power followed in 1994. In 1996, her hit "Day by Day" hit #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart.
She also collaborated on club hits with Barbara Tucker, Ultra Naté, Moné, and Junior Sanchez.
Curtis Alan Jones is an American electronica and house music singer, songwriter and producer. His style of house music has been compared and inspired by the likes of Kraftwerk, Prince, Gary Numan, and Nitzer Ebb.
Jones is also known as Cajmere, Geo Vogt, Green Velvet, Half Pint, Curan Stone, and Gino Vittori.
Betty Boop videos used... "The Dancing Fool", "Stopping the Show", "Crazy-Town", "A Song a Day", "Dizzy Red Riding-Hood", "Swing School" & "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" It was a labor of love and I enjoyed every moment of making this video.
Betty Boop is an animated cartoon character designed by Grim Natwick at the request of Max Fleischer. She originally appeared in the Talkartoon and Betty Boop film series, which were produced by Fleischer Studios and released by Paramount Pictures. She was featured in 90 theatrical cartoons between 1930 and 1939. She has also been featured in comic strips and mass merchandising.
A caricature of a Jazz Age flapper, Betty Boop was described in a 1934 court case as "combin[ing] in appearance the childish with the sophisticated-a large round baby face with big eyes and a nose like a button, framed in a somewhat careful coiffure, with a very small body of which perhaps the leading characteristic is the most self-confident little bust imaginable". Although she was toned down in the mid-1930s as a result of the Hays Code to appear more demure, she became one of the world's best-known and most popular cartoon characters. - เพลง

It was all about Dajae and Cajmere. This definetely was and is still a jam. Totally enamored while my friends all they kep talking was regular High school crap. Here i was in the clubs still getting my homework done. In the Room with Joey Arias and Jojo in Chicago circa 1993-1994. Living it up and playing regular high school teenager. When I saw the thumbnail, I thought, 'Ha, yeah, that's the sort of thing that should go really well with that music.' Then I watched the video, and my expectations, high as they were, were kind of blown away. This is the *perfect* accompaniment, and highlights not only the awesome music, but also just how brilliant animation was even in the early days of the artform.

I've shared this with a couple people since I stumbled upon this, and they were blown away and enjoyed immensely. I cannot fathom how many hours it took to edit! In the description it says "labor of love". Being from almost 100 years ago, I think the cartoons were as well, to hand draw all those figures, frame by frame, is certainly also a labor of love. Perhaps that is why there is such great energy in this video. The first person I showed it to said she wants to go there, it looks like so much fun... I agree! Anyway thank you, perhaps I'm just easily amused but I consider this a masterful work of art, truly. Nobody could watch this and possibly remain in a bad mood! What is amazing to me is that the cartoons you used were from almost 100 years ago, and that they have that much rhythm embedded in them. I am a big believer in Jungian synchronicity, and it is very obvious that those cartoons were meant to go with this music. I mean the fit is perfect, esp with the trumpets. Not an accident that they fit, in some unseen way. That you were able to notice that, get the idea and put it together... that's crazy to me! Anyway I won't inflate your ego but this is God's genius at work, honestly. To bring a smile to people in an unusually dark world is a genuine achievement. 😁
