15:58 The handle for the "briefcase mode" has magnetic joints only in one side for the purpose to quickly get the handle out of the way when you need to open the main section without the necessity of open the velcro paded handle that keeps both straps togheter. If you're carrying the X-Case in backpack mode, the magnetic strap can be hidden and the other strap can be tighten to keep it as a quick handle wihtout the dangling. 20:22 The pad of the shoulder strap of the "messenger mode" can be completely taken off and be stored behind the pockets of the lid of the main section (where you keep your Purell and your cables). English it's not my main language but I tried my best to make sense of everything I wrote. I hope you find this info interesting. Greetins!
I appreciate CoB doing crazy stuff with their bags and I love my X-Pod, but man, this thing feels like they had a million ideas and they just jammed EVERYTHING in. Their previous products were innovating while staying sensible, but this thing just keeps going and going.
appreciate you dropping the first video and review on this bag. well done. been a fan of CoB, and I'm sold on this one too. will def cop once they re-stock.
Pair of shorts (or pants)= 1 shorts (or pants), pants used to be like socks and shoes where each leg had its own covering with no permanent attachment at the top. Great vid as always!
It's nice that it doesnt fit horizontally when work like a backpack. The TopoxNanga is similar but it sits sideways and feels kinda weird on your back.
Now this one is doing way too much for me.. but had to let the video playout for that youtube algorithm and support the channel ... But that portable charger is a beast
This bag looks awesome. Got a few questions for you... 1) Do you think the bag would fit into a board room setting? Would it look funny being carried by someone in a suit? 2) The interior water bottle bottle pocket is right up against the laptop sleeve. If I put a Yeti in the pocket, should I worry about it banging up against my laptop/iPad, or is the interior laptop sleeve sufficiently padded? 3) Are those clips holding the handle on the bag going to become a week point over time? Using clips at a high stress point location seems risky. Thanks George. Good work!!
Board room setting sound like a briefcase setting.. If you close the top on the water good you should be fine. Yes the clips could be considered a high stress point.. I didn't see any failures.
Thanks for reviewing this bag, George! I was looking everywhere for a review and finally, you got to it. Question - how much do you think the bag weighs? On the site I see the dimensions are listed, but nothing on its weight.
Not my style, but appreciate the innovation though. George kind of off topic but since you're the only person i know that has both, i want to ask. Between the Mystery Ranch 2 dap and the Vanquest ibex 26 which one is more comfortable to wear? Keep up the great work. Cheers and God bless.
What frustrates me about Code of Bell is that they design half their bag with waterproof X-Pac and water resistant Aquaguard zippers, and then they just slap ballistic nylon on the rest that absorbs all the water. Why?
@@johnnynguyen3521 I had a guy test the Code of Bell X-Pod for me on Reddit, and he said it soaked through, possibly because it's a different denier. I also live in a very rainy climate, I need stuff that can withstand the constant downpours.

I like it. Overkill is overrated
I definitely need this bag as well as all the other ones that look just right for the secret agent.
I really like this bag, has a great amount of pockets for organization!

Thank you for this world class video George!
I was waiting for this! Sweet review. I am really into this bag and love the organization
I got the X-Tote which is basically a smaller version of this and I am enjoying it a lot. This one is definitely calling me.
This was dope. Awesome review. Big up from Sweden.
Good comment about wanting a metal key clip-The x pod uses the same plastic key clip and mine is already broken.
Fcuking amazing bag and a dam good review!.......i almost pulled the trigger on an x-pod but, I'm dam sure to need one of these!
Hi George, love your backpack reviews. Can you please review the mystery ranch in & out backpack, and mystery ranch gallagator? Thanks
I will check it out
Right size for day hiking. Simple kit. Just need to add a triple antibiotic to make it a solid kit. Works for what I need.
This is a very nice bag. i like the organization and high vis. Thanks!
Care to mention the dimension of ur 17" dell? For comparison to my 17" laptop
One of the most unique packs I seen. Great review as always
Much appreciated!
Thanks for the great review. Hope they come out with a more XPack Evo version of a backpack. This model isn’t my style but I love the review. Thanks!

Interesting!
You think the steamdeck w/ case would fit in this?
I just found out the x pak is convertible into a backpack with the straps they sell also an optional laptop case that’s attachable🤯
It's nice that it doesnt fit horizontally when work like a backpack. The TopoxNanga is similar but it sits sideways and feels kinda weird on your back.
Can you review the DOUBLE NAME PROJECT - X-POD in 2021 please?
Awesome bag, putting it in the, future bag I need list...
George do a retro throwback review, the camelback HAWG please!!!!!!
Now this one is doing way too much for me.. but had to let the video playout for that youtube algorithm and support the channel ... But that portable charger is a beast
Thanks!! lol
Do you think in 20l form it would work as an under the seat personal item on a plane?
Have you had a chance to try the 15” Laptop sleeve and backpack harness for the X-PAK PRO?
No I haven't.. I will tho..

For me, I wish they would make versions without the expandable compartment. I cant get over that look.

Right.. I think it's 3 - 4LBS
according to CodeofBell it weighs 4.5 pounds
whats the weight of this bag ?
Hey George, does an Evergoods CAP2 fit in the main compartment? Or is it too wide? Thanks in advance.
Great Video, bag is on his way to me.
PLZ PLZ PLZ do the review for the code of bell XPOD and ANNEX LINER - Sacoche!
can it fit 16" apple laptop (2022)?

That's a hard call.. They are pretty much the same.. The Vanquest has better venting and hip belt.
Great entertaining review as always. This thing just has too much goin on on the outside for my taste. lol.. Great video tho bro!
Fair enough!
Excellent review, but Code of Bell has gone crazy 😧
I love my strappy bags, but this gets to a point of being way too unwieldy
If anyone is looking to buy one, I've got one for sale new with tags / original packaging.
Hi Steven. Still have this bag available?
@@seanfuhr sorry Sean, it sold!
Awesome

My experience with ballistic nylon owning Aer and Tumi Alpha Bravo packs, it's pretty water resistant.

Great bag,it would be awsome if it accommodate bigger personal water bottles especially now😊 (after 💩 2020💩🤢🤒😷😷😷😷)
