I still go to the grocery store once a week (same as I was before) because I am picky about the freshness of produce. However, I think it has cut down on the amount of time each week I spend meal planning and shopping because I can just chose from monthly list and I already have some of the ingredients from my bulk shopping trip. I hope that makes sense!
