Mad respect for the second one, I tend to lean into self replicating when picking a favorite power and that's as close as it gets. If anything I tend to prefer magical shape-shifting over biological shape-shifting or even a combination of the two (similar to how tsunade does it), because managing the square-cube law is the single most difficult thing to do when you're a shapeshifter, if you were to turn into anything just marginally larger than yourself, you suddenly have hollow bones or start floating because of your weight to volume ratio, admittedly, with perfect multitasking you would be able to manage all the trillions of cells individually in your body, but as a power on its own it would be far too much work, meanwhile magic based could function more based on conditions or contracts

One thing it seems to always be forgotten by luck manipulation writers, is quantum physics. Sure I don't know much about them myself, but the little I know from it, I know luck is involved. Imagine: You will pass through walls everytime you want thanks to quantum tunneling, because even though the chance of such thing happening are minuscule, they aren't zero, so they might as well be 100% with such power. And this is just the first example that comes to my mind, there is also a chance things just spawn around you if you need it, thanks to quantum fluctuations and Boltzmann brain type events. Like, you could just happen to have a gun spawn by your side with full ammo.
For the multitasking thing, you have a hard limit of your sensory limit (the maximum amount of information your senses can take in). You can only hear so much, because your ears can’t hear at an infinite range and amount. You can only look at one (two if you can control each eye separately) at once because the structure of your eyes can only bring a single object into proper focus, and only a certain radius of that area so a larger screen won’t help either. Even if all your senses are picking up their maximum amount of information at once, you’re still reaching an absolute limit. Then there’s the fact that you have a limited number of appendages. You can’t play a video game and do homework at the same time since most video games require 2 hands. If you somehow learn to use your feet, it’s still a direct limitation on the amount you can multitask. In fact, most modern video games use directional volume, which means that you really need both ears and at least one eye to play it. Combine that with the two hands required, and you really only have a single eye to multitask with. And due to using that eye for another task, your depth perception and focus of each eye will be off, making things blurrier and harder to judge distance on. The reason why our brains didn’t evolve to multitask is because our bodies can’t either.

I'd like something like that in real life: you need to study something for an exam? no matter how long it will take, the day of the exam won't come until you find yourself ready; you need to get somewhere 1000 miles away from you in less than 5 minutes? no matter how long it will take you to traverse those 1000 miles, the 5 minutes will be over just as you reach your destination.... it's kind of hard to imagine but it would be overpowered, maybe even more than luck

I don't know if you will read this, but I just thought of an interesting power. The best name I have for it is Memetic Consciousness, The ability in question is simply that... all information about YOU becomes you, or at least consouse with your mind. Each piece of info specifically about you becomes a copy of you in a sort of hive mind-like super-entity. E.g. if someone has a document about you with a picture and everything, you can redact and alter all the info on it that is DIRECTLY about you. Or, if someone has a memory of you, you can alter your direct actions of yourself in that memory.... but this wouldn't extend to the REactions of the area around the memory. But with enough time and subtle changes, you could rewrite the memories you are in since memory is fallible. A much better example would be, you genetic data would all be console with you mind, all able to act on their own, yet connected into one larger consciousness which is exactly the same just more advanced and complex. Then each of your cells is conscious of your DNA, all your cells make a Large consciousness of all your organs, then your entire body and brain become one super large single consciousness. If you have clones, they also become a hiveminds with you and form a larger consciousness that rules over each of them as well which is the same but more complex. Each one able to act on their own, but works together and listens to the large mind they come together to create. Giving you perfect control over all about you and a lesser form of brokenness if need be. Able to control all of your organs and cells to work as you need.
The shapeshifting ability could probably work a bit better if you had a non physical means to store and extract mass. basically it would work like an fma philosopher stone. a large battery of matter or energy that can be used for shapeshifting into larger or smaller forms and for regeneration, at the cost of a limited energy supply for both or no energy supply, but your forms are still affected by physics so you'd have to work out the more specialized forms for yourself
I'd swap out perfect multitasking with Panmnesia/Total Recall as it gives you perfect multitasking as an extra attribute and I'll replace good luck with living anomaly as you will be unbound by the law of reality, concepts like luck and fate basically being Neo in the Matrix but in reality.

Good luck and bad luck are just based on perspective. If you give everyone around you bad luck, and it doesnt affect you (which is kinda a given) then it would be equivalent to good luck, except you have full control. For example, if i want to be ceo of a company i can give every other applicant bad luck so im the winner by default. If i had good luck, i would just get the role without the effort, but the impact on everyone else would be the same, and i would eventually develop a solopcistic worldview and struggle with depression, because i'd feel like i have no control over my life. With badluck, i might become a psychopath using my power to my advantage, but its fully within my agency. Its less powerful, but i feel like anyone with a good luck power will eventually become selfdestructive

Is the good luck trying to get you to the best possible position out of all positions even if getting there will hurt or does it aim for the best position without harming you? What does it define as good? Is “good ” defined by the user? If something other than the user defines “good” then does the power just not care about the user’s definition of good? On the other hand if the user defines good then can’t the power be controlled to some extent?
