Just came back from universal and let’s just say I was overwhelmed by the whole experience my daughter got a wand, maurauders map, pigmy puff, sugar quill, chocolate frog, jellybeans, Ron’s sweater, T-shirt cauldron cake, frozen butter beer, gillywater, time turner and a couple of badges and pins. I still feel like we could’ve spent more and done more. My nephew got chosen for the wand experience at olivanders🥰
Honestly, they are not that difficult to make if you want to do them yourself. Just get a pattern and some bedsheets (might want to get full size for an adult size robe, just to be safe). You can also find top sheets sold separately, so you don't end up with fitted sheets and pillow cases you don't need. The patches are available on Amazon and are beautiful. Make some Ravenclaw quittich robes like that and am going to make the class robe as well. Good luck, fellow Ravenclaw!

I am from Germany and I was last year the first time of my life in the USA and also in universal studios in LA and I bought the chocolate frog, a wand in olivanders and Bertie botts beans and I was there in my Gryffindor robe and hogwarts tshirt. I also drink butter beer and pumking juice.. And I love it! I am absolutely so a big harry Potter fan.. I was nearly the whole day in the Harry Potter Part of Universal studios😍😍 And I love the ride in hogwarts there! I ride it 5 times this day and cried a lot!

I love going to universal. I only been to the hogsmead side around the time it first open. I bought alot of the merch mentioned. The only thing I have been unable to get that I really want is a wizarding robe. They only go up to a certain size and I'm like a 4xl lol so kinda sucks for me. I'm a big Harry Potter fan I would so rock a robe if i had one lol
I would love to see your take on the differences between the two U.S. locations of the wizarding world. Which one you think is the better experience. But I dont know if you have been to the one in California. At least I dont recall a video of it.
I got all those last October (well, might have already owned a couple from Studio Tour, London) and I made sure to go to Weasley's to get my Pygmy Puff, because I had heard about the naming ceremony. Picked out a name and everything and then...she just shoved her in a bag and I never got to do it (and I was too shy to ask for it) so, a bit disappointed there :( My must buy....I had a long list of things I wanted from watching other people's haul videos and managed to get most of it, but definitely more I plan to buy whenever I get back there - esp more pins.

If you don't want to spend 114 dollars on a cloak,like me, you could by a 20 dollar one on ebay they have so many. But when I go to Universal in a few years I will definantly have to get the official one Hope this helps! (Btw, this video is awesome!)
