By the way, I think the woman with the giant scissor sword is the Barber, if only because barbers have scissors.

The woman that speaks isnt Don is a new character(maybe villian) because of her Different hair, she has curls while Don has not in the season 5 portrait probably using an abnormality with those spikes coming out of her

Carmilla was a known female vampire that was supposed to be the bastardized version of Elizabeth Bathory, the Blood Countess, known to have kidnapped young women and have allegedly bathed in their blood to keep her youthful appearance. Perhaps the gremlin don is the result of such activities, a form that have both youth and innocence that the bloodfiend desires?
I don't think bleed is that bad for story content. Between Nfaust nails and Hooklu and Ringsang/outis you just need to restrain yourself from clashing unnecessarily in focused encounters on turn one and you usually get a nice stack. Now if only Rodya can get a good bleed ID...
Something to note, Carmilla Don is not Bloodfiend Don, or at least I don't think she is. 1st. Because it would spoil the entire chapter. 2nd. Because the sprites are kinda different. 3rd. Because Carmilla is an E.G.O., not an ID. PM has set a rule that Abnormalities will always become E.G.O.'s and Bloodfiends are not considered Abnormalities as we've been told by Faust in the Warp Express.
I am guessing that this season is going to save bleed. Since the status theme for this season is certainly bleed. Just like how tremor used to be awful. I am going to take an early guess. Don is going to get some kind of part blood fiend ID. Might be negative coin, but im going to guess its gonna be some kind of healing based on bleed kind of like her lantern id
I have a feeling that this is gonna be a Canto where things go wrong. We've had it easy these past three Canto, full of character growth and becoming stronger than the rivals, but it's only been a matter of time for one poor choice to make the luck run out. Yi Sang got his wings, Ishmael got her not-revenge, Heathcliff got his love for Catherine (as fleeting as it may have been), and all have newfound resolve and LC got their golden bough in the end. Before that, Kromer was too powerful for Sinclair, Rodion ran away from her problems, and Gregor was interrupted and LC didn't even get the golden bough.
Bruh, what do you mean Canto 6 went well and we had it easy? We not only botched getting *2* golden boughs, Heathcliff's GF got _______, not to mention we caused a wild hunt and zombie horde so bad Vergillius had to step in and break his contract. If that's us having it 'Easy', I dread to think what you see as being "things going wrong".

The end part have so much more implication and I was a bit bummed you did not put a lot of emphasis to it. Basically we might encounter or at the very least, get to have a talk (radio filter on her voice just like Ezra) with Moses whom had an encounter with a Bloodfiend and currently working for Limbus. Don also mentioned back then that the name Moses sounds familiar to her. This points to Canto 7 and Moses' time to show up or at least help us.
pretty sure the don with huge hair is just an ego, vampire don had neck frilly things like a scarf when she transformed, last words are highly prob moses, you can even hear her smoking
