Not many is the short answer. When you start to have some success, you start to understand it is an ongoing journey and there are many steps. I have experienced a couple of stages, including filling the dan tien, creating a lessor reverted elixir, and reverting it back (recirculating the energy). Typically this is something practiced repeatedly and creating greater elixirs until you finally form the "core". I have also experienced an early fusion of the "three treasures", but again, this was a temporary experience. This much is generally not known or explained. I will add, that understanding and creating the right external and internal environment for yourself can bring about spontaneous filling of the dan tien which I have experienced several times. However, even this is a stage of development and it does not crystallise without more gradual processes and that takes practice. I can tell you that each time you fill the dan tien even a little is one of the most joyous experiences of my life and well worth the effort.

Yahushua left us instructions for following and finding him within, and it's through the center of the golden flower, a toroidal golden light made out of divine energy. It's like this golden flower toroid is the tip of the silver chord that connects us to the kingdom. Once you see it, you know what it is. Not sure if I have come across dillusion yet. If I did, I must not have paid it any attention. I know that if I were to tell you what I have seen, what has been revealed unto me, you'd probably say, "that is a dillusion. " but, as John says in revelation, he couldn't tell you if he was in his body or out of it... he couldn't tell any difference between here and there as far as his senses went. There may be made of 200% light and not matter, but we are light within, and that's the part that gets to see, not the flesh, which is asleep at the time. When your light hand picks up a light rock, it just feels like a rock... except for it's vibrating pleasantly, which you might not even notice if you aren't paying attention, because you feel the vibration of everything, especially the divine golden light, which penetrates the core of your true self.

Not many is the short answer. When you start to have some success, you start to understand it is an ongoing journey and there are many steps. I have experienced a couple of stages, including filling the dan tien, creating a lessor reverted elixir, and reverting it back (recirculating the energy). Typically this is something practiced repeatedly and creating greater elixirs until you finally form the "core". I have also experienced an early fusion of the "three treasures", but again, this was a temporary experience. This much is generally not known or explained.
I will add, that understanding and creating the right external and internal environment for yourself can bring about spontaneous filling of the dan tien which I have experienced several times. However, even this is a stage of development and it does not crystallise without more gradual processes and that takes practice.
I can tell you that each time you fill the dan tien even a little is one of the most joyous experiences of my life and well worth the effort.
