can someone help me my HP Deskjet F2400 Printer's scanner won't work and when i turn on the printer it makes a very loud noise from the scanner and theres a light that keeps flashing the light looks like a paper with an Exclamation mark on it

so i just went and bought 2 brand new ink cartridges for my printer.color and black.. and i get home and install it. I go to print the test page and it just jams the paper.. ugh.. tried everything in this video, same thing still.. what a joke, the ink cost more than i paid for the printer.. this is the last time i'll buy an hp printer. I've already sworn never to buy an HP computer again but the printers were usually ok, never again tho. :(
Hi buckeigh, Please call our technical support at 800-474-6836 while you are still in warranty. If you live outside the US/Canada Region please go to Google search and enter 'contact HP worldwide'. Your first option should be the site for contacting HP, when you click on it you will be prompted to choose your country/region.
