Nice Pete, awesome day out bush, you and Andrew powered through some material that’s for sure, good work. The gold was there but maybe not the quantities you were looking for but I would of had a blast doing that out bush in nature, cool stuff Pete, thanks buddy.
Nice work it’s hard work digging in that sort of ground and to get some gold makes it worth the effort keep up the great work and thanks for sharing 🥃🍻
Great video Pete. That was more gold than I got the last time I went highbanking. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I am of to Bright instead of Bendigo for a week in January so I won't be seeing you this summer. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us. May your next pans be heavy with a Holden smile. Cheers
At least you and Andrew had a fun day out, gold is so sneaky it will show up then not to be seen but that's the fun, have a safe Christmas Pete and Andrew..
Glad i chucked that old mate in, looks like the only one you got. Wouldn't have been a Pete vid without an old mate😂. Think we might have to call that creek "sometimes creek" sometimes it's good sometimes not😅.
Thanks Matt, it was good getting out and washing some rocks, it's been so long. I'll pass on the motivation from the Two Brothers, they inspired me to get out. Cheers mate 👍
Great way of testing Pete In the HillEnd area looks the same I always get that overburden off and leave 50 mm of gravels on the white decomposed bedrock or pipe clay but as you know all areas are different, my videos are going the same as yours something has changed for sure anyway have a great Xmas cheers Glenno
Liked,Loved it, shared, and I am subbed, I even come to the subs days! Mate , I feel ya pain , no rain. I am panning in "Coffee coloured puddles" 😢 . Good to see gold thingy out having a crack. Even the last chance sluice caught gold. Good , those clay clumps can roll and roll all the way to ya tailings!😮. Thats why I run my river sluice as the last chance saloon! To hard work to let any escape....... you wNt some Mercury to put at the bottom to catch every micro. I have heaps I have reclaimed from the environment. Thanks for another great "Pete's Gold Adventure " ❤ it. Cheers another Andy PPA Say gidday to Andy for me , one Andy to another 😂
Great mission getting that out of there mate, I saw u at Cole’s the other day an was going to yell out to ya but was on the phone. I’ve got that big Viking car hahaha have to catch up 🤘🏽
Hi Pete, I know this gully and Dam, it's one of my favourite spots to have some fun digging sample Buckets when over thst way & seeing what comes out in the Hb or recovery sluice. I've got some nice pickers there but generally it's picker or nothing. Cheers!
The only creek with water really is the Bendigo creek and it's on the banned list, other than that you might be able to find the odd water hole, but there few and far between. Cheers mate
Thanks Guy, I'll take any gold, it's about finding the stuff, not whats it worth, so I'm happy with a mini grins. Cheers mate and have a great Christmas.
I have in the past, but with no water it's difficult, if you go back a few video's I'm test panning that hole, it poured rain that day and I still only had puddles to pan in. I'll give it a crack again when we get some rain. Cheers mate
@@PetesGoldAdventures Understandable, but you know full well that taking a test pan days before continuing a pay layer isn't the best to go off when chasing gold. Pay streaks can be a cm long or metres long, you took a real chance on this video. Maybe you could bring a small tub and a few bottles of water and use your 6' pan to do some tests before spending a whole day getting .2g...
Nice looking hole with cool gravels Good to see what’s going on in there ay Nice few bits Pete good to have a shoveler lol lol 😂 And yes I just looked at your likes and views Unbelievable ay 1500 views and 52 likes wtf You see I think they are looking to see we’re ya are at I call them stalkers and voyeurs looking to TRASH ya spot I hate them big time they come in and completely destroy the place That’s why I will never reveal to a lot of people Just good honest ones like yourself Cheers 🍻 merry Christmas and happy new year ahead Cheers 🍻 CrouchOz
Good times, I'm sure the kids loved it. Sovereign Hill can be good because they plant the gold, they also do it at the Central Deborah mine here in Bendigo, but nothing beats finding gold in the wild, I just wish we had water in the creeks around here, it would make it a lot better. Cheers mate
@stevehughes7060 as Pete mentions in this comment thread the Deborah mine in Bendigo is great. I took my family there January this year and did the underground tour. You see real gold still in the quartz seam still in wall of the mine. The panning stations there also has small gems in the gravel as well as gold. I recommend going there as I would Sovereign Hill.
I can idle the pump down more, i figured the dream mat down below could catch anything that escaped, it can handle good water flow, I just think the gold wasn't in the gravel. Cheers mate
Would you think I'd leave it open Mo, not me mate, I'm all about filling my holes, when we left it was level with the rest of the creek, you'd hardly know we had been there, so no roo's were harmed in the making this video. Cheers mate
@@mohammednovalija Na mate, that was a big hole, I think I said the previous hole had been washed over and you couldn't even see it. Next test I might try up on that bench where a big gutter comes in, but I'll need water for that.

Great work getting the gold thingy out.
Just the motivation I need

Great video, Pete. I do enjoy the high banking vids. Spewing it didn't pay out as well as we all hoped.
Cheers, Frenchy

Fun time highbanking Pete Gold in the pan👊🏽
That's it Mandy, how could you not have fun. Cheers
Ya got no worries from me Pete. I allways hit like before I watch the bloody things.👍👍
Good man, that's what we like, smash that like button!!! Thanks mate, Cheers
Great work Pete, better than our results
Will have to do a trailer together somewhere soon 🍻
Great Video.
Must be very dry out that way. Luckily, most of the creeks over here have water.

@@PetesGoldAdventures You sure do earn a beer when doing it that way! Merry Xmas
I took the kids to sovereign hill the other day and panned about 10x more than this video
Sovereign Hill is good fun with the family. You can find a good amount of gold on the panning play area there and the steel pans are good to
Good times, I'm sure the kids loved it. Sovereign Hill can be good because they plant the gold, they also do it at the Central Deborah mine here in Bendigo, but nothing beats finding gold in the wild, I just wish we had water in the creeks around here, it would make it a lot better. Cheers mate

Great video Pete. But my question is. How much does it cost to get Andy to dig your holes and do sum panning for you. Lol
Water seemed to be going to quick can you limit the flow a bit?
I can idle the pump down more, i figured the dream mat down below could catch anything that escaped, it can handle good water flow, I just think the gold wasn't in the gravel. Cheers mate
Great vid mate. It was at 69 likes I almost didn't like it
I reckon about 7 kangaroos will break their leg stepping in that hole before any rain falls to refill that hole with dirt
