Hey there, considering a purchase. What are the bar dimensions? Manufacturer website doesn't provide these details. Looking to keep my pannier rack too.. just unsure about clearance. Also, what size wheels have you in the video?
Sure thing, I'll check the details on that bar length when I can, and I have 700c wheels (28" wheels on the road bike and 20" on the bike trailer I think). If you have issues with clearance you can also try swapping the bike rack possibly to another one. So I've just measured the length in case this is useful. I've measured from where the attachment goes on the seat post to where the trailer box begins (the frame) and that is around 80 to 84 centimeters depending on where you measure from, and then from again the mount on the seat post to the bend on the bar it was 55 centimeters. You are referring to the bar that connects the seat post to the bike trailer correct ?

Off the bat I can see a problem--the saddle stem attachment nullifies the full use of the rear rack
In what way? I would say it depends on the rack.
