I know how you feel Lisette I woke up feeling pretty Zonked out this morning from overdoing it yesterday if you could get a hold of a reverse osmosis filter system you can cut your work in half when you make that maple syrup like a mini version of the commercial one that they use that will remove up to 60% of the water from the sap and you can drink the water maybe save yourself trip to the water hole
NOTHING BETTER THEN FRESH TREE JUICE.. AND THEN SYRUP LATER AWESOME THANKS FOR SHARING.
It looks delicious. Well worth the pain and effort. Snow reminds me of my Whitey. My white german shepherd I had growing up.

Didn't kn9w it was such a process. But you do a good job with everything. 40 to 1 is alot for 1 gallon. Pretty good choice and expensive in stores, like double the price. Excellent job. ❤❤❤❤❤

Suggestion: You can buy silicone stir sticks that will mount into a battery-operated drill. Although the stirrers are intended for resins, they are 100% food safe, easy to clean and heat proof. You can use them to mix food. They are about 200 mm long and have what looks like a propeller on the end, and a hex shaft to go into your drill. Saves a lot of arm muscle...
