Cuánto tiempo nos pueden durar estás galletas con esta técnica de isomal ya que aquí donde vivo hace mucho calor
El Isomalt no se derrite a menos que se le aplique calor directo nuevamente a 350 F
Gracias estimada Dulcia,para pedir el isomalt,tendría que pagar un impuesto de 45 dólares aproximadamente (compra por internet)resulta muy caro,Gracias por su respuesta,Felicidades por San Valentin
Patricio Ochoa ooo wow eso es mucho, bueno no te preocupes puedes sustituirlo por el caramelo de una paleta solo derritelo en el horno con mucho cuidado (a 400 F en un pyrex que aguante la temperatura) igual y te resulta ☺💕 Gracias y Feliz San Valentín igualmente.
