I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

Okay do you realize how much the housing cost there? It will cost you millions to purchase a waterfront home in Hallandale Beach. Not even comparable

Highly over-priced for what you get, though most areas seem to be that way these days. There are few if any really good restaurants though if you are a chain fast-food type person then this area will be your cup of tea.....certainly not mine. If you are the type shopper who enjoys top quality stores you will need to drive to Orlando; the one "mall" they have in Melbourne is well.....pretty pathetic; the downtown area of Melbourne has some small shops but there are other downtown areas of Florida locales that have much more of a variety if you like to shop. Finally, the traffic is outrageous and the infrastructure shows no signs of helping alleviate it due to massive building of apartments all over the place. So, bottom line, there are other areas of Florida if that is your wish that are much better to focus on. Good luck in your search.

Let us not forget the overcrowding and infrastructure that cannot keep up with the growth, hurricanes, high property taxes, high car and homeowners insurance, launches that shake your house, extreme heat, elderly driving that should not be and has lost its feel of what Florida use to be. I cannot wait to get out of this area and retire in the mountains.

Has a homeless population that is mind blowing in the winter and summer and home prices that are way over priced Vieira was built on the st John's river flood Plaine so the area around the i95 corridor proun to flooding and insane hoa oh there is a lot more he's not telling you.

Viera is not in a flood plane. Water would have to come 4 miles inland just to get to the Duda ranch. I know because I’ve walked, biked and driven it.

Reading that many businesses are abandoning Melbourne because of the violence and the homeless and the drugs

Yes, a few have left the downtown area. I go there all of time and have no problem, but there are a couple of streets that aren't the greatest.

I really wish you would NOT advertise the Space Coast to move to! Seems the traffic is awful, and I see Indiana, TEXAS, N.Y.C.,Pennsylvania,and all the northerners are reeking havoc on Barrier Islands:(

YES! Exactly how I feel. Stop advertising our town! I was born and raised here but a lot of the fast changes and prices skyrocketing literally everywhere in Melbourne/Melbourne bch... I'm beginning to fear I'm being pushed out due to not being able to afford rental rates around here anymore. JUST STOP THE ADVERTISING PLEASE 🙏🏼

It's his job to do it. Also, it doesn't matter if he or other advertise it or not, people will move to there anyway. Covid era changed a lot in our world!!! Plus, changes always will be coming, because this is reality of human life. You will not have any another choice but to adjust to changes or move to other place yourself. Have a wonderful day!

@@courtneylia7383if you can’t afford something that’s your problem. Nowadays everything is becoming more and more expensive no matter where you live. So instead of asking others to stop advertising. Get yourself together and find a god job that can feed yourself. Thank you
