Our national health service for a start, it's free.
Then we also have paid holidays from.work up to 30 a year, plus 8 paid bank holiday and averaging 37hr week.

I think it does. People on the US are scared to call an ambulance, scared to go in for the most basic thing.
I know someone who shoulder dislocates regularly and they go in to A&E and arrested seen within 10 minutes all sorted, try doing that in the US.
Some people in the US have no medical insurance and have to live with that worry, I can't even imagine it
