About your health, I appreciate how you tell everyone honestly what you feel about what is said to you. I'm sure everyone wants to make you happy but because of lack of chances of direct conversation sometimes it is difficult to judge what you like and don't like, so it's a good thing so that we all know what should stop and what shouldn't. Personally I think...if one more step ahead is possible, hmm maybe sometimes trying to let people around you know more about what will make you happy, and how you would like them to respond to your words...?
Personally as an audience I won't rate a stream's quality by the streamer's health condition because yes, as you mentioned - sickness is something uncontrollable and I don't think I should criticize a streamer for getting sick, it is not fair. I may worry about your symptoms if they are obvious, but really have never regard those as minus points, especially when I don't find the contents themselves problematic.
Yet I understand at the same time that you set high standards for yourself so it is more like you are not satisfied with your own performance, regardless of what the audience actually think...and when the uncontrollable just won't disappear it can be really nervecracking. This is totally understandable.
