A declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates seeking reservation under OBC category stating that he/she does not belong to the creamy layer as on last date of online registration of application. OBC certificate containing the 'noncreamy layer' clause, issued during the period 01.04.2024 to the date of interview, should be submitted by such candidates, if called for interview. No request for extension of time for production of requisite certificate beyond the said date shall be entertained and candidature will be cancelled. in notification they have added this. @@rocker4037 in the notification one email id is there. U can post ur doubt to the same email. If u don't get any reply by the last date u can apply for gen but in that case u need to compete for general category only
i belongs to obc. but currently i dont have obc certificate should i fill application in general category
