      Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It is also important to consider that maybe not always the case especially if your going direct to vendor.
      Make sure you do your own research on the sold property prices on simular properties in the area and as you said don't always take the usually inflated agent price as a true relection of what the property is worth.

    £15k is light for that project. Especially with the extension. This is horse shit.

    But you’re not buying BMV. The MV for a property in need of repair is clearly much lower as most don’t want them.

      The property was put onto the market taking into account its current state so it does have a MV, Alex made the purchase below that figure so BMV purchase. Then works are done to increase the worth of the investment on the property. This is only one example, however Kevin will go on to explain that not all BMV property purchases have to be refurbishments.
