Gotta love how he made the entire bodykit fit so nicely, as in no massive panel gaps and parts that can detach and fall apart. LEDs on the popups bring it to today’s era. Nice work!
Just a tip for single stage paint on the 2nd gen MR2's. The overspray from the windshield washer fluid starts the breakdown and chalky effect on the paint. The pattern starts on the top of the car to one side back to the spoiler. I stopped using wiper fluid after a lot of polishing recognizing the pattern.
gotta love the respect this guy has for someone elses car, he doesn't start just thrasing it and takes it easy and works his way up. wish everybody was like that when having a go in someone elses car

What I want is for Matt Farrah to test drive these autofocus cars in the canyons after they’ve had an autofocus. Literally same day week. Two part episodes. I heavily fuck with Larry Chen, the quality is always great with him, sort of like what we used to get in the early daily transmissions. Matt Farrah is clearly one of the best when we’re talking about focused and detailed reviews questions and he gives context for almost everything. I think it would be a good mini series special thing

Never been wrecked still got the serial numbers on all quarter pannels and trunk and hood. Imo it's a car worth 5 grand 🤷🤣

I bought my first sw20 for $900 back in 2015.. I sold it.. but luckily was able to trade my 350z for another sw20 turbo model in december of 2019. it blew up but since then i put a gen 5 3sgte in it! never selling it!
Don’t give up on it and don’t let it go. I parked mine 11 years ago after the trans went. Replace the trans and then put it on the back burner. She needed nothing else at the time except to be driven. Well after being parked she’s coming back out this year. Starting ordering new suspension and getting ready for other little things after sitting so long but when it’s warm again in my area she’ll see the light of day for the first time in a long time.
I noticed that too, lousiana must really not care. Here i tennesee if you drive a vintage tag the engine and the body cant be modified and you can only drive it on the weekends or on federal holidays.

Larry Chen, Tampa is the real West Coast these days dude! Sunny skies, beaches, palm trees...... with cars that are allowed to be themselves and not restricted!!!!! you just have to deal with the no mountains and humidity thing lol. One of the best JDM tuners in the country is here too.
Should try one with the Toyota V6 swap, too. Totally different beast and some feel it's an amazing fit and feels like the car really wanted in the first place...plus....the noise! Oh lord the noise
Thats a great daily right there. Having a FiST on stock tune with a blow off. I'd want just a little bit more speed yes but low HP gets slept on. More fun, less tickets and it's got the good sound and looks. I'm envious of this guy.
I've had my azure blue 96 rev 4 GTS (turbo import 60k miles) since 2006. They'll be burying me in it when the time comes so I absolutely get where this geeza is coming from! They kept going until 2000 though with the revision 5 from 98 to 2000.

So bummed I sold my SW20 a few years ago. Fun, cool cars and even 20 years ago, people didn't see them often. I painted mine Acura NSX Monte Carlo blue. I still got a ton of brand new, period correct parts. I'd buy another but I have too many cars as is.

my favourite car is my mr2 89 3vzfe 3lite v6 TRD supercharger... unfortunately the s54 gearbox is too short .. for German Autobahn drives ; -)
