We found a cellar hole deep in the woods of New Hampshire that was untouched by other digging detectorists and it was loaded. We hiked really far to find this old 1700s colonial site that is now just a cellar hole in the woods and had been abandoned since the 1800s. When we started swing our metal detectors it was clear the place was a virgin site as the relics started popping up out of the ground at a rapid rate. Lots of amazing relics were dug up and coins as well.
Keebs with his XP deus detector dug an 1802 large cent that had been cut in a crazy shape. Digger Charlie & Waynos with the garrett ATGOLD detector dug up handfuls of old buttons from the 1700s and 1800s as well as Waynos finding a large cent. and DC digging a US engineers pin. Hitchhiker scored some awesome buttons as well making for a great day of metal detecting.
