How do you hold the TBC without holding tab?

why wont this play on my main 2k monitor? it always goes to my 1080p second monitor
In this game they give you so much time for traveling and besides that I always have to rest. The only thing is that I often go really hard when driving and leave the Ends at least close to negative 3 Mins or 5 Mins which I can be back on time. Especially I do runs from the first runs and the last runs Hammersmith To Edware Road Via Edgware.
