I was happened to found Jay's video few months ago since I started traveling between LA to SD for work,love those local hidden gems , different restaurants,or other things has been mentioned, compare to other TH-camrs,this is much more for locals rather than tourist,soon I Will go check out Vegas, gotta to try Filipino food for sure ，thank you buddy, great job
Hey Jay, I recently went to Bellagio, Bacchanal, Wicked Spoon and the Wynn. In my opinion the Wynn was the best...it was just easier to access the food than the Bacchanal and more relaxed. The Bacchanal had the most amazing choices and more variety than the Wynn, but the Wynn quality seemed to be better to me. Also, the endless pour package at the Wynn for $28 is totally worth it. The Bellagio and the Wicked Spoon were also very good and less crowded. In particular, I loved the Chilean Sea Bass that the Bellagio had (brunch on Sunday) along with the included champagne or mimosas included in the $49 price.
A recent trip for me included Bacchanal, Wicked Spoon, and Wynn. Wynn is not in the same category as the other two. Wicked Spoon is better value for money given the comparative prices but you can't go wrong with either. Pre-covid I tried the buffet at Flamingo and found it disappointing.
I've been going to Cosmo for years and Wicked spoon has gotten worse over the years. Food is cold and/or overly spiced, I was there this weekend and again it was awful, I swore I wouldn't try it again...and I get it for free so that's saying something. Love Cosmo, hate the Wicked spoon buffet.
great video. Long time ago 20+ yrs my son and I stayed at Circus Circus and the buffet was nothing to brag about but it was cheap. Excalibur stay, ate at buffet couple times, ok. Then Bellagio last yr wasn't bad. Now I wished I had watched some videos, bc I was staying at Bellagio and I could have gone to Caesar if I had known about it,but next month for sure, we are going there.
You didn't mention anything about a time limit in the buffets. I have read that the buffet at the Wynn has a two hour limit for dining and on Caesars's website it says you're limited to 90 minutes. Did you come across this during your visit.
Since living in San Francisco gives me easy access to Las Vegas. Even with inflation around the country or world. Las Vegas is still a foodie paradise. Prices are still reason or affordable compare to other major US cities . Unfortunately the affordable buffets of days past are nonexistent. But you still find great cheap eats all over town just with a few clicks on your phone.
I recommend for quality buffet adding: cinnamon toast, omlete like video (loaded), then fruit and whip cream such as tangerines. And then items for sub in AM! Corn beef and omlete sound great . Even though I'm allergic to eggs... But wow and yeah! Super cool. Whoahhh that be great hot beverage and ice cream.yuM!

Excalibur buffet at better than the MGM? Surprising. How do you guys feel about the buffet at Main Street Station? If you’re staying downtown, is it worth driving to the Strip for an Excalibur, MGM, or Circus Circus buffet? I know the better buffets are a whole different class but I’m just wondering how the lower end compares to Main Street. Sometimes it’s better to just get a regular breakfast at the Egg and I.
The Wicked Spoon, the Wynn for the money are worth it the Bacchanal is expensive and even with a reservation you have to wait up to an hour! The Wynn is in a great beautiful room!

Lol the only reason i keep going back to the Circus Circus buffet is for nostalgic reasons. We always used to go as kids back in the 80s and early 90s. Now before I leave Las Vegas, I try and go there for the breakfast which always stuck with me. I know there are way better options but its cheap and going down memory lane is a huge plus for me. 😁🤙 Edit: The cornbeef did change since i was a kid. I remember it had a nice crunchy layer on top and i loved it. Also, a Pinoy here aswell, we sure know about our Cornbeep. 😂👍

I went to MGM buffet because I was close to it and figured I would spend just as much paying at an ala carte rest. and stopped there before flight back. It was about the quality of a Golden Coral.

I must have went to the Wynn on a bad day. Poor food for the $80 cost. We got into a discussion with nearby tables and we all agreed the food was very plain and not a good value. Lower cost buffets like Luxor and Excalibur are better for $40 to $50 less.
I experienced the Luxor Buffet the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was premium priced at 35.00 and was billed as a "Special Holiday Buffet" at a premium price! It was FAR FROM SPECIAL! Im pretty forgiving when it comes to Vegas buffets, but this buffet on this day was just awful. The carving station was devoid of anything good, it was laughable. just some sausage and a near raw steam ship of beef that was tough AF. I have never in my life seen sushi so rude and the tiny bowl of shrimp next to it was so gross it got ignored by everyone. I opted for an omelet that was so scorched I never even took it to my table, I just set it down near the massive cereal section. Salad greens were slimy, and desserts were a joke. The churros looked like long strands of greasy cat poop. Marketing billed it as "Special Holiday Selections" but here is what this buffet didn't have the Saturday after thanksgiving - Mashed potatoes, Cranberry sauce, stuffing or dressing, Pumpkin Pie or Roast Turkey. I made a big plate of nachos that were just ok and had a few Diet Pepsi's to drink and called it a day. Not one dirty plate was ever removed from our table in the entire hour we spent in this dank, dingey basement.

Back in the 70’s Circus Circus offered a FREE lunch buttet. As you would think it wasn’t much. They did this to attract gamblers. The locals abused this along with all of the construction workers. They ate and left without spending any money. It was short lived.

Ate at the wynn buffet in October but was not impressed. Bachannal and wicked spoon are the best and worth it!!
