I got the waterproof slipcover to put under my boppy cover to help keep stains off the inside. I got lots of baby clothes for my shower and only one is a zip up...so many snaps...

Copper pearl’s quality is soo good!! I have lots of their things and my baby loved their swaddles, their burp clothes and bibs are such good quality and soo pretty!!🙌🏼definitely still use the hatch baby!! I agree on not buying a bunch of bottles, you can always get the free registry bags they give you at target, buy buy baby, etc. Como tomo bottles are amazing!! I also love the boon grass drying rack, it drys very good and fits lot’s of things that you’ll definitely be using!!
When my niece was smaller I loved the boppy when putting her to sleep because without it my arms would be tired and I couldn’t hold her anymore but she couldn’t sleep without being held so it helped a lot I’m currently looking at essentials now since my Bestfriend is now pregnant and I’m looking for good ideas🙂
I just didnt think we needed the extra features that Hatch+ has 🤷🏻♀️ The lollipop baby monitor already has two way audio that we use. Hatch+ also is Amazon Alexa compatible but we dont use Amazon Alexa in our home cause that would just be confusing for everyone here lol but if those are features you think would be useful for you, then maybe the + would be better! ☺️
These are nice but Im on a low budget, soon to be mommy, it would be helpful if you have real essential items. Like, do I really need a bassinet AND a crib? Buutt some items are doable so thanks!
I got my bassinet from Burlington’s! It was only like $50 which makes a huge difference! You can get mattresses and stuff like that there too! If you haven’t yet, a lot of places give you sample boxes with a bunch of coupons too. Like target, buybuy baby and then brand websites like for formula will mail you coupons all the time too which is super helpful! Amazon does a 15% off coupon for your registry too (if you have prime, if not you’ll still get 10% off)!

Also (european here so might be a bit diffrent) if you are able to keep her crib in your room, a bassinet really isn't a must. Bassinet is just easy because you can place it next to your bed. It's just a way to keep baby close and for you to be able to react quickly to hunger cue's in the night etc. We are expecting our baby about now... (still wating, come on baby girl!) and we don't have a bassinet. She sleeps in our room, but in her own bed. :)
