@@frau_kitty It is actually a good design. You need to pull the bag to the limit so there is no exttra space, pull the opening of the bag till the end and until it covers the bread fully, and then push firmly down on the opening side while holding the bottom and slide it off the tray. Easy peasy.

@@gdnbt725 Germans do that a lot when they do not understand how to use something. They do not doubt their own skill and ask somebody how to do it right, they rather blame everything else and live in ignorance. It is always the bad TV,PC, phone, bread-cutting machine etc.
