Thank you so much for this video! I totally forgot how to wash my double hung windows. I loved the trick you showed to close the top window! I can never reach it and using the trick you showed now I can. This was a very helpful, clear, and great video. Now I can close my windows properly. Many thanks again!

Thank you so much for this video I had two of the guys from Power show me how to open the windows, but it looked like they did something different I have had my windows 2 years and have not been able to clean them because I couldn't get them open. The men opened the windows but didn't explain to hold the locks at the same time and pull the window down, I just did it and finally I can clean my windows.

Oooh I was wondering what those things off to the side was. The vent things? We just moved into a new house and it has these windows but I was so confused how they worked lol

Glad your warranty and service department is backed up by over 6 months to get someone to come look at two of our windows that need simple service. What a joke! You guys do bang up job soliciting, installing and getting the money. Once past that, getting warranty service is a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Only 6 months, I've been waiting 2 years for a replacement window.
Two months ago they made an appointment for today to fix the latches that don't align but it looks like a no show

I had windows installed Friday and two of them dont close!. I called and have to wait till Nov for them to fix it. that is ridiculous. there must be a big problem with your windows ic you have to wait so long.

Your video has helped me figure my existing windows out. Can the bottom window be locked into a position where it is opened a certain amount? Like my kitties to have a little ventilation via screen yet I would love to have the window locked. Hope I have explained correctly.

Yeah you can you just need to pop up the vent latches to stop the bottom sash from going up any further. @1:45

    What about removing the screens?
That seems to be a mystery.

My new double hung window has a device that must have been used to keep the window shut during shipping, it is stuck between the locks between the top and bottom window. How do I remove it so that I can open my window?

Why doesn't my top sash go down on my new window?

As a contractor, I've had to fix a few of your company's "quality" Window installs. 🙄 If you're gonna charge your outrageous prices, at least do it right.
