I had two tuning fork treatments for pain in my leg and spine. I was not able to walk due to severe sciatic pain in my leg. After one extensive treatment I was able to walk with only minor pain. The set in your store is for unweighted - how would you use them off the body - over each chakra? Also, I noticed the two forks whose notes you mentioned didn't align with the chakra note - could you explain why this is so? Wouldn't it be harmonious to play the chakra note over each chakra? You can strike the forks and use them in the bio field / aura. We do not always need to align notes exactly with the chakras. For one, even though notes are mentioned, they are really just a baseline and not that specific. Our chakras change every moment of every day. You will learn more about this and the science behind sound healing when you take your multi course. Exciting!

Also, if you place them on the bony parts, like the hips, knees, ankles, chest bone, elbows, etc. They will really reverberate into the bones and that will then carry through your body beautifully. C and C are two of the most general healing forks for the body (not just the chakras). C# (c sharp) is the sound of OM, the ancient earth sound. Very grounding and healing. Can be used anywhere including close to the ears where you can hum along with the sound for added effect. Ahhhhh lovely! 👍💖

Hi Raven At the Sound Healing Academy, we don't work with specific tuning forks for the third eye and crown chakras, so we can't comment on them. However, you can use a mid-Ohm or a 128 Hz tuning fork, which is quite relaxing.

Can you use it for your stomach to help with acid reflux, gas and bloating? Or your head to help with anxiety?
