Its totally arbitrary what you use for that; while I tend to use arms and legs as measurements, not everyone’s heads or proportions are so perfect you can use them for every scenario. As for slob, does it pertain to my physical appearance? Do they think I don't bathe enough? Am I dishevelled? Is my hair gross? If they think I'm ugly and they'll just say it to my face, there's not really much I can do if it's genetic.
