If you have a "Wet kit", a hydraulic driven PTO system, the fluid will build heat. In the old days, people would place a large hydraulic oil tank on the tractor. They weigh a lot and the oil will heat up, causing a loss of efficiency and oil oxidation. These coolers regulate oil temperatures and allow smaller oil reserves mounted to the tractor. It's a win-win situation.
Is this a *cooler*? This is an auxiliary unit, in addition, to a PTO? To cool hydraulic fluid? I have one mounted on my truck and am trying to figure out how it works.
+Shawn Lucas Hey Shawn, this is a mobile hydraulic cooler that stores, filters and cools your hydraulic fluid. If you have any additional questions please call 800-334-7699. Thank You!

I still don't understand what this machine does, why it's on semi-trucks....what does it do?
