72 years. Beyond amazing. These guys have nothing to prove, yet they just released a monster of a metal album. Incredible. I read internet trolls bemoaning that Rob isn’t as good as he used to be; dudes, even a shadow of his former self, he out sings vocalists half his age. True metal legend, right there. Bless you, Father Rob- and thank you
These people have no respect or appreciation for aging musicians. What have they contributed to music? They sit at home in their mother’s basement bitching and complaining.
He's a god damn 70 year old, some people are so deluded. He's never gonna sound like a 20/30 year old, it's impossible. Just be glad we are getting new material from Priest.
Faulkner is a beast. This section of the show was epic when they followed this up with Beyond the Realms of Death and Victim of Changes. Thanks for posting
I read Halford had to repeat his vocal lines for Sneap like 100 times because Andy was not happy with results. Reminds me of making Black album by Metallica and Bob Rock.
Really cool. If this band was a car we’d say brilliant rest-o-mod. Glen and Kk are from a different era. They both brought it and now they’ve passed the torch. Way less blues influences and way more classical . Modern guitar sounds and song writing now. Like there was gear available in the 70’s, 80’s and even the 90’s that was capable of this ? I saw screaming for vengeance and have played their music in cover bands for decades, guitar gear capabilities have changed IMMENSELY!
Priest have been, are and forever shall be the kings of heavy metal period end of subject, even over sabbath. P.S. I can prove all of my points conclusively if need be, to that statement.
@@palliare-carpediemz.u.pall569 I know that they released plenty of albums, but this is the first time they really got me. Will definitely lookout for more JP albums (on vinyl), maybe Painkiller and British steel.
i'm seeing them in london next week...first time lol. Shit i've loved their music for decades, why i left it so late to see them i dunno, just poor and lazy i guess. Can't wait anyway!
Wow, Judas Priest soundtrack on my teenage years from the 80s. Rob, however, still sounds good man.I don't know about the high screams anymore. Damn good job rob
So super dope. Oh my God can’t wait till they hit Rosemont Illinois and Kalamazoo Michigan. I’m leaving fucking Los Angeles on April 30. You better believe it baby.
My first Priest show was the Hell Bent For Leather/Killing Machine tour, they warmed up for the original Kiss. I went for Judas Priest and haven't missed a tour except when Rob left and Ripper was on vocals. That said both K.K.s Priest albums are killer! Cheers from the states.🥃 Always Single Malt.
Greetings from Los Angeles and thank you for this!! Awesome audio/mix! Could hear everything very clear. I had to take a moment for our brother and sister fans who passed before this triumphant return of the Metal Gods. Truly unbelievable to witness this... and during that outro solo, I could have swore somebody started dicing an onion nearby. Thank you again!
I am 55, so Priest, Maiden, Zeppelin and Sabbath were all bands that were big when I was in high school….. it is interesting to see the “staying power” they have. Even bands like Journey and U2 really hold up. Are there any new bands that people will be listening too in 50 years? My 17 year old daughter plays jazz, but she likes Zeppelin too. All these bands wrote their own music, put out new albums and toured every 18 months. You just don’t see it any more.

Agreed!
Also, I really liked your recent interview with The Metal God himself 🤘
That and devil in disguise.
I’m surprised they only played 3 songs off the new album!! 😵😵😵
Along with Panic Attack
Faulkner is a beast. This section of the show was epic when they followed this up with Beyond the Realms of Death and Victim of Changes. Thanks for posting

Internet trolls are just jealous of the GREATEST METAL BAND OF THE 20TH AND 21ST CENTURY
More energy than most rock bands half their age

Good grief Richie is killing it!!! One of the absolute best "classic" metal players on the planet for sure.
Sneapy can play aswell as best producer out there🔥🔥🤘🇬🇧🇬🇧
@@jimhaigh4711he's been awesome since the 80s. The first 2 Sabbat albums are amazing thrash metal.
Rob’s midrange octave is so smooth. He doesn’t even need to scream ever. Such a beautiful voice when he doesn’t manipulate it to higher pitch.
Faulkner has been the Best addition ever to Judas Priest. Guy’s a freaking good guitar legend. This album is pure fire!
That is some guitar playing from the Falcon right there, next level stuff
Definitely 🔥
Rob absolutely kills it on air guitar!!!
Rob's vibrato was a little sloppy, but I'll give him a pass because he's wearing gloves, and he's The Metal God 🤘
Faulkner Monster of Guitar, amazing solo. Teacher Gleen Tipton, amazing JP 🤟🏼😎🤟🏼
They sound the same even after all these years... this is the ultimate metal band for sure
BRO HE SOUNDS SO GOOD OMG !! This is a great example of those incredible, raw, Rob Halford vocals. Pure gold.
The Metal God!
I can’t believe he sounds this good still.
The new material is written in his current range. He struggles with some of the older tunes, but hell, the guy is 72. He's the metal god for a reason!

Damn Ritchie Faulkner plays good.
Richie is great on guitar. Epic solo. 🎶🎸☮
So f*cking glad I was there to see the metal gods, JUDAS PRIESTS FOREVER
