I too own both duke 390 and benelli tnt 300 they are both of entirely different category duke is more powerful but benelli as 38 hp and in highways its much better than duke and has got lesser vibs when compared to duke and duke is purely sport ther no comfort but it as got the best power in the segement but Benelli TNT300 is of comfort, tourism and can use for sports all kinds with a bit less power than duke and has a high reeving gt engine and sounds as a perfect super bike because of twin cylinder and is a pure Italian design
total 3 services costing 6-7k per service translates to 18-21k per year for a mere 300cc bike in comparison to 6.5k a year for triumph, 8k a year for harley is too much. the only reason ppl are least interested in it.
I totally agree brother, theres no point of bringing the bike after every 4 months if kilometers are not tapped on. Dont know what they r trying to do with the practice. Ppl r even selling there 600i because of the same reason n karol bagh, delhi is full of almost new 600i's. They should consider this carefully as it will cause them their reputation. well dsk is working on that and they have introduced amc package for 1 yr which comes to around 9k that includes labour charges, oil change, oil filter etc but spares like disk pads and chain sprocket is costly, they are planning to localize it but its not yet cnfrmed.

Thanks, actually I have visited benelli showroom 2 days back, the bike is really osam, I like 300 & 600i, but the problem is that the service cost is to high same suzuki hayabusa 7000 to 8000, onother hand we have Duke 390 and dominar 400, the service cost is only 1200 that's very cheap, every the parts are also cheap, on other hand benelli parts are so costly.
DSK will destroy Benelli's market in India. The experience and comments of various people endorse the notion that Indians are bad in Customer Service. Charge a bit more than KTM but not 21,000 p.a! Kulkarni is not Kirloskar, after all.

Now they have started another gimmick with the AMC where they are going to fool more Benelli owners. I wonder how come Benelli didn't do their homework of this thieving company called DSK and launch this brand on their own.
Benelli is useless in reliability ur paying just for the sound that it in 300 segments its just impractical bike even with two cylinders ktms are the best in class fast comfortable advance in equipment and plus pricing mileage and service are far more reliable and affordable

If you service outside in local it will charge around 3k, in service center it is costly because of labour charges
One can buy a dominar at 60% of the price and get it serviced at 1/5th of the service price probably.
