Bartok's rehearsal is glorious...if you know what conducting an orchestra is like ,Maestro Ozawa did it outstanding!! Thank dear Seiji Ozawa 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Rest in peace beautiful monster, condolences the family, fans are invited to organize tribute events keeping the memory alive, Maestro Seiji unforgettable immortal forever alive in our hearts 😢😢😢
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING! Such wonderful memories of Maestro and all the lovely people who attended/coached at Tanglewood that summer. So grateful for those opportunities and to have learned from Maestro Ozawa and the coaches (as well as from the students)!
OMG. I was there the following years...2002 and 2003! This is astonishing, like a time capsule! I recognize at least 50% of my peers! Check in at Ms. Halls! Holy smoke. (I was a Conducting Fellow...)
I just missed you. I’m playing principal horn in the Bartok. I was smart enough to get the business card of the Japanese production company and asked for a copy of the video. Please sure this with anyone that was lucky enough to experience Tanglewood with him!
Thank you for uploading this wonderful video. Sorry that maybe there is a lack of video around 29:00, story about Karajan...But this is the recording of one of Ozawa's best achievement. R.I.P.

Is he wearing a seatbelt???
He had an old truck on the Tanglewood grounds that he would use to get around. He really liked driving the old truck over getting something newer.
