Hey, i'm 16 years old now and really like the ktm 125 bikes. Now i don't have the money to get a new one but in your experience with a little older ktm's like this one is the maintenance really that bad? People are saying you need to change piston every 10h but is that not needed if you just ride it on the road and maybe pull a wheelie some time when i could do one?
@@brianq7365 well the piston can go for about 70 hours (if you break it in properly) then you should change and if you only do a bit slower street riding like 60-100 kmh the maintenance shouldn't be that bad if you remember to change the oil every 10-15 hours so it's not really that bad but they do cost quite a bit of money
I use those rental grips on everything from my trials bike to my soon to come supermoto :). I use hairspray and spray it inside the grip and slip it on, then let it dry and its REALLY sitting there. You can always use som kind of T-red.

Do you use it as a replacement for the clutch or as an option to use back break with your hand? If you use it as a clutch do you replace the long original clutch lever from the bike or do you keep both? And if you use it as rear break is it difficult to install this? Thank you!

literally every ktm 125 goes trough that, you know it if youre buying a 125 ktm
If a bike is not new, then it has done some burnouts. And the suspension is good enough to take that landing because afterall it is a dirtbike
Then you wouldn't buy any ktm, husqvarna or anyother powerful 125cc from Finland. Because they all have seen wheelies and burnouts.
